Propane Delivery: Peace of Mind You Can Count On

For customers on our regular residential delivery schedule, you see us every 30 days and by keeping track of each customer’s usage, we make sure you have extra storage (up to six weeks) to make sure you never run out, even if we’re delayed by a day or two or we experience significantly colder than normal temperatures.

We do not offer “will call” propane service. We prefer to take care of our family of loyal customers in such a way that you never have to worry about running out of propane, even in the dead of winter.  “Will Call” propane delivery is first of all terribly inefficient. Secondly, it almost guarantees you will run out of propane when you need it most, since you are responsible for monitoring your propane usage and supply. The end result is that a customer on a “will call” propane delivery schedule incurs BIG BILLS as a result of daily price fluctuations and in the case of a run-out, the added expense of state-mandated Gas Checks in order to turn service back on once your tank is refilled. In our view, that is simply no way to treat a customer.
