LEVEL BUDGET BILLING PLAN

12 SIMPLE PAYMENTS. ONE SMART SOLUTION. Sign up today for our most popular billing plan with Level Budget Billing. Pay a predictable monthly payment all year long with equal monthly payments instead of having to pay your entire invoice amount each time we make a delivery.

Level Budget Billing runs from July through May. If you use more gas than predicted, your balance is due in June.

MONTHLY BILLING. FIXED RATES.

While you are on the Level Budget Billing Plan, your previous or estimated annual heating bill is averaged to determine your equal monthly payment. This is the amount that appears monthly on your statement. Any credit on your account each June is automatically applied to your next billing season.

THE COUNTRY PROPANE PRICE CAP ADVANTAGE. Customers on the Level Budget Billing plan are automatically billed at the discounted rate and must have all payments current on the tenth of each month. Level Budget Billing customers also have an added benefit of our Propane Price Cap on the price of propane for the season (restrictions apply) which could ultimately save you money if the market price of Propane goes up. To qualify for this plan, your account must be current or have a credit balance on July 1 of each year.

Price Guarantee

At Country Propane, we guarantee that our market price will ALWAYS be at least 5% lower than the average price posted on the NYSERDA website for Central New York.

Pre-Buy Plan

PRE-BUY the propane you need for the next heating season at low pre-season prices.

From late spring through early fall, you may pre-buy the propane you need for the next heating season at low pre-season prices. The pre-season price may vary each month and typically, the earlier in the season you buy, the greater the savings will be.

While no one can predict the future price of propane, this program allows you to lock in your price when it is convenient for you. And if a delivery of propane is made under this plan and a portion of the gallons delivered exceed the gallons covered by the plan, then all gallons delivered will be billed at the guaranteed pre-buy plan price!

AutoPay Plan

With our convenient AutoPay plan, you never have to worry about your account being past due. Sign up for Autopay and have your monthly bill or delivery automatically charged to your debit or credit card.

You can setup AutoPay using your MasterCard, Visa, Discover card, or Debit Card for all payments.

Credit or Debit Card

We accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover credit & debit cards for all payments. You can phone in your payment with one of our helpful office staff. You can also make your payment or view your account right from this website. Click “Make Payment” on the home page and voila!! Once you are in the “Make Payment” area, you can set up your account to make automatic payments… easy, hassle free payments.

HEAP

HEAP is a federally funded program that issues heating benefits to supplement a household’s annual energy cost. Heap may help you pay for electricity, propane, Natural gas, Wood, Kerosene, Coal or any other heating fuel.

HEAP also offers an emergency benefit for households in a heat or heat related energy emergency. Additionally, HEAP offers a furnace repair and/or replacement benefit for households with inoperable heating equipment.
